Description

White oak is heavier and denser than red oak making it more even more resilient. This bokken's solidity makes it behave much more like a real sword than the red oak version - it's weight also makes it a great choice for suburi practice and developing your grip. For kendoka who prefer a solid feeling to their swords and want a highly resistant bokken for hard contact kata then this tachi is a great choice.

It is made from a single piece of white oak, as each bokken is crafted from a unique piece of wood the grain and colouring may be different than the picture displayed. We offer free international shipping for this bokken.
