The are the ULTIMATE in COMPLETELY JAPANESE MADE KOTE. They are made only from the finest Japanese materials, by expert Japanese craftsmen. The Futon is sewn individual using a special hand-operated sewing machine, producing the pinnacle of comfort, style and protection.

Each pair is made from scratch to each customer's measurements, using only parts and materials Made in Japan.

The Kote are viewed by many high graded Sensei to be the most important part of the Bogu, as it has a direct effect on how well the user can use the Shinai and take an aggressive Kamae. Many Sensei believe that having the Perfect Kote is the key to success in Kendo.

Made using Japanese Bushu Shoaizome dyed Kotou-Deerskin and Cotton, with top-quality Kotou-Deerskin palms, Sankei's Kiyoharu Saku Kote are the ultimate in quality, and will last a lifetime. Further they feature a unique antibacterial micro-fibre which wicks and evaporates sweat and kills bacteria.
